Artwork Guidelines

Great prints start with great artwork. Here's what to send so your order looks its best and moves through production quickly.

Best File Types

  • Vector files (preferred): AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Vector art can be resized to any size with no loss in quality.
  • High-resolution images: PNG or JPG at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. A transparent background (PNG) works best.

Tips For Print-Ready Artwork

  • Convert text to outlines in vector files, or include the fonts you used.
  • Size it to print size. A logo that looks sharp on screen can look blurry when enlarged.
  • Avoid screenshots and images pulled from websites or social media. They are usually too low resolution to print well.
  • Tell us your colors. If you need an exact match, include the Pantone (PMS) colors.
  • Note the print location and size, like full front, left chest or back.

Quality Standards

Artwork that does not meet these guidelines may result in delays. If files cannot be used as provided, we will request corrected artwork or offer our graphic design services to rebuild them for production.

Don't Have Print-Ready Art?

No problem. Send us what you have, even a sketch or a photo of an old shirt, and we'll let you know your options.

Proof Approval

Before anything is printed, we send you a proof to review. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, so you'll know exactly what you're getting.

How To Send Your Files
