***ORDER POLICY***
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No. Orders placed are no longer able to be cancelled or edited in any way. Please make sure to review your cart before placing any orders. Orders will be shipped according to the associated fulfillment/pre-order timeline.
Q: Can I remove/add an item to my order?
A: No. The quantity of items in orders cannot be edited.
Q: Can I still return an item for a refund or exchange after it's delivered?
A: No, we do not except returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All orders placed Monday-Friday are expected to ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product description.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available/for the postal courier to take an arrival scan of the package to update the status.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where you live and what items you order. The costs and methods that are provided at checkout come directly from the postal courier themselves and are not in our control.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for, and do not issue refunds or replacements for, minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit
Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We do not accept any returns or exhanges, please order carefully. No exceptions
Q: My item was returned to sender, can you ship it back to me?
A: Any item that is returned to Yipes Graphics as a return to sender will automatically be refunded and the item will be processed back in stock. If you see that your shipment is being sent back to us as a return to sender and you'd like to have it reshipped, please contact our team at info@yipesprinting.com for assistance. A new invoice for shipping cost will be sent. Once the invoice is paid we will then reship your product.
ORDERING QUESTIONS
Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. “YipesGraphics” will appear on the statement description.
Q: I'm having issues with my discount code. What should I do?
A: Discount codes must be applied at time of purchase. We are unable to retroactively apply them to orders. We do not offer refunds for discount codes that were not applied correctly.
We are not responsible for giving out retroactive discount codes and can not provide new ones. Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot combine codes.
